OWC OWC is our large event space that has been elegantly designed with modern lines, bespoke light fixtures, and built-in bar. The rich oak floors are reminiscent of the finest museum galleries and provide a timeless canvas for both contemporary and traditional décor. We also have Houston’s first custom programmable 9k video wall, which frames a dramatic thirty-five foot fireplace offering an unforgettable ambiance to your event. OWC is connected to our second level outdoor terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed while viewing the beautiful Houston skyline. With almost identical dimensions as OWC, the terrace is a delightful alternative should you choose to move your event outdoors when the forecast is favorable.

    • GENERAL

  • No smoking.
  • No confetti, rice, glitter, bird seed, etc.
  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date. The remainder is due 60 days before the event date and will not be refundable from that day forward.
  • Valet is required for events over 50 guests.
  • Security is required for events over 50 guests.
  • Preferred vendors only.

    • RATES

  • Venue rentals are ONLY available to members of Balthazar Cellars and non-members with a member sponsorship.
  • Members of Balthazar Cellars receive a 50% discount on all venue rentals.
  • Mon-Fri morning (8am-3pm) $2,500
  • Sat-Sun morning (8am-3pm) $4,000
  • Sun-Thurs evening (4-10pm) $5,000
  • Fri-Sat evening (4-10pm) $8,000
